Job summary

Phillip Jeffries, a global luxury wallcoverings brand, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to grow our Boston South Territory, covering Southeast Massachusetts, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Rhode Island, and Eastern Connecticut.

You will build relationships within the design community, deliver elevated product presentations, and drive outside sales while collaborating with our New Jersey support team to manage the order pipeline and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside sales, interior design, or related field.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for tradeshows and events.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong hands-on experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Grow our Boston South Territory through strategic outreach and client engagement.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and educate clients on design artistry.
• Maintain CRM data, coordinate with support teams, and manage follow-ups.
• Represent Phillip Jeffries at industry events and online brand moments.
