Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, Contract, you will align regional strategies, manage budgets and timelines, and travel up to 50% to key markets, while leveraging a design-driven, luxury brand that emphasizes exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including 4+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Location: based in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX.
• Deep knowledge of the North American commercial market; interiors experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and manage diverse teams, including remote roles.
• Strong alignment of sales strategies with business goals and measurable growth.
