Job summary

Phillip Jeffries is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to grow our Boston South Territory across Southeast Massachusetts, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Rhode Island, and Eastern Connecticut. You will cultivate relationships with designers, conduct elevated product presentations, and drive residential sales while partnering with the New Jersey support team to manage the order pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside sales, interior design, or related field.
• Based in Greater Boston area with knowledge of local design community.
• Willingness to travel for tradeshows and events.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but skills/experience are prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Boston South Territory and Residential business with outside sales.
• Build relationships with design community and educate on Phillip Jeffries collections.
• Deliver product presentations and guide clients through collections.
• Maintain CRM records, coordinate with New Jersey support, and track orders.
• Represent Phillip Jeffries at industry events and manage weekly sales meetings.
• Support direct marketing efforts with account insights and territory planning.
