Job summary

Poltrona Frau is seeking a refined, relationship-driven Sales Associate to join our Miami showroom. This hybrid role blends luxury sales, business development, and interior design consultation, serving private clients, architects, and designers from inspiration to final sale.

The position reports to the Showroom Manager and involves building a healthy sales pipeline, CRM upkeep, and collaboration on showroom initiatives.

Qualifications

3-5+ years in luxury furniture, high-end retail, interior design, or related client-facing sales.
Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers, or A&D projects preferred.
Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional luxury showroom experience and guide purchasing decisions.
Execute sales activities to achieve individual and showroom goals.
Develop new business while nurturing existing client, dealer, and A&D relationships.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and follow-up.
Prepare quotations and project documentation with timely communication.
Maintain CRM records, visit reports, and client databases.
Represent Poltrona Frau at appointments and industry events.
Collaborate with Showroom Manager on operations and performance.
