Job summary

Natuzzi Americas, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Design Consultant for the Dallas area, working Friday through Sunday at the Dallas Natuzzi showroom.

The team focuses on luxury home furnishings and delivering an exceptional customer experience from showroom visit to delivery and follow-up. The candidate will develop product knowledge, demonstrate design expertise, and build relationships with clients and trade partners including realtors and interior designers.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury home furnishings, interior design, sales, or architecture preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Retail experience and ability to use sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Natuzzi products.
• Explain merchandise features and benefits to clients.
• Identify customer needs and solve problems.
• Prospect new business using company programs.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable service and follow-up.
• Engage with Trade Partners (realtors, architects, interior designers).
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Suggest additional items to expand the client’s Natuzzi brand connection.
• Close sales, write quotes, and process orders per policy.
