Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or a related field.
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support U.S. import/export compliance through accurate reporting and daily operational support
Download, analyze, and reconcile ACE reports; identify and resolve discrepancies
Maintain and update internal and shared files to ensure broker accuracy and visibility
Manage required trade compliance documentation and support audit readiness
Provide compliance reporting updates and assist with entry audits
Participate in cross-training, team support, and ad hoc operational tasks as needed
