Job summary

Saks Global is seeking a Corporate Brand Experience Manager to support branding and marketing activities across Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman. You will collaborate with Brand Experience teams, Regional Directors, and the VP of Brand Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize events and presentations.

Responsibilities include updating calendars, coordinating events, managing contracts and vendors, and delivering impactful communications to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in events or customer service
• Experience presenting at the executive level
• Strong attention to detail
• Motivated and results-driven
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Update calendars and planning documents for Exemplar Luxury Group
• Contribute ideas to enhance the brand experience
• Support Regional Directors and VP in execution and planning
• Assist with fashion presentations and events
• Track event sales in Wrike with the team
• Build partnerships with buyers and vendors to deliver experiences
• Oversee event operations, contracts, and vendor coordination
• Create presentations and communications for leadership alignment
• Champion process improvements in event planning
• Research new resources and maintain project files
