Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Luxury Customer Concierge to join our Business Development Center. You will manage inbound/outbound communications with luxury dealership customers, schedule service and sales appointments, and ensure a seamless, high-touch customer experience.

You will be part of a team that emphasizes people development, leadership growth, and ongoing training at Hendrick University.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication with a warm, professional phone presence.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
• Proficient with computers and email.
• Positive, competitive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Available Monday-Saturday within the 7:30 am–6:00 pm window.
• Must successfully complete a background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• As a Luxury Customer Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of our luxury dealerships - handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care.
• Deliver exceptional concierge-level service via phone, text, and email
• Schedule service and sales appointments for our luxury dealerships
• Follow up on appointment outcomes to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Log all customer interactions accurately in our Dealership Management System
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive team environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development through Hendrick University
