Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Luxury Customer Concierge to be the first point of contact for customers of our luxury dealerships. You will handle calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care, scheduling service and sales appointments, and following up to ensure a seamless experience.

What You’ll Earn

• $20.00/hour base pay
• Monthly performance bonuses — your effort directly impacts your paycheck
• Additional bonuses for growth certifications and development milestones
• Annual earnings potential: $42,000–$47,000

Your Schedule

We operate multiple shifts to serve our customers, and schedules vary by team. All teammates should be available to work 5 days per week, Monday–Saturday, with shifts falling within a 7:30 am–6:00 pm window. Saturdays rotate — you’ll work every other Saturday with a weekday off in exchange. Your specific shift will be confirmed during the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

As a Luxury Customer Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers of our luxury dealerships — handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care.

• Deliver exceptional concierge-level service via phone, text, and email
• Schedule service and sales appointments for our luxury dealerships
• Follow up on appointment outcomes to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Log all customer interactions accurately in our Dealership Management System
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive team environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development through Hendrick University

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence

• Computer and email proficiency

• Availability Monday–Saturday within the 7:30 am–6:00 pm window
• Must successfully complete a background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen
