Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, construction progress, and milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and internal teams.
• Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client experience.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes, bids, contracts, and documentation.
• Handle estimating, buyout, procurement, change orders, and costs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Resolve construction challenges to minimize delays and costs.
• Maintain continuous client and team communication throughout projects.
• Oversee punch lists, closeout, inspections, and turnover.
