Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction and project management.

• On-site work in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom home projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, progress, and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams.
• Maintain high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
• Review plans, specs, scopes of work, and bids.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and schedule.
• Communicate with clients to ensure a white-glove experience.
• Resolve construction challenges to prevent delays and cost impacts.
