José Andrés Group seeks a Culinary Director for The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad in Manhattan. You will lead strategic culinary direction, drive financial and quality performance, and steward luxury dining across multiple outlets within a premier hotel.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will mentor senior chefs, manage food cost and labor productivity, develop innovative menus, and partner with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, high-volume

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• 5+ years in executive culinary leadership preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets in luxury hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all assigned JAG culinary operations within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad.
• Lead culinary planning for high-volume periods, holidays, and events.
• Oversee menu development, quality assurance, and food cost management.
• Develop and lead a high-performing culinary leadership team.
• Collaborate with Hotel Leadership, Finance, and Corporate Culinary teams.
• Maintain luxury hospitality standards and guest experience.
