Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in the interior design/hospitality industry is required.
• Contract/hospitality sales experience within the multi-brand portfolio is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple brand presentations and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call, visit, and engage customers across NC and SC to grow and maintain long-term relationships in contract/hospitality.
• Forge new industry relationships and entertain clients to build partnerships.
• Deliver engaging product presentations to showcase multi-brand collections.
• Consult with clients to identify needs and provide comprehensive solutions across furniture, carpet, wallcoverings, lighting, fabric, and trim.
• Collaborate with showroom teams to maximize opportunities with key contract accounts.
• Maintain CRM records and manage order follow-ups, scheduling, and outreach initiatives.
• Refresh customers' sample libraries to keep designers inspired.
