POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager who enjoys leading luxury custom homes from preconstruction through completion while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships?

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end custom residential construction projects in South Florida. Experience managing luxury custom homes valued at $3 million and above is required.

This opportunity is for a professional who understands the attention to detail, financial management, communication, and coordination required to successfully deliver one-of-a-kind custom residences.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement.
• Coordinate architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and field superintendents.
• Manage subcontractor bidding, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Oversee project costs, change orders, financial performance, and profitability.
• Maintain direct client communication throughout construction, including selections, changes, and expectations.
• Monitor construction quality, project progress, and successful completion.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Proven construction experience managing ground-up luxury custom homes valued at $3 million and above.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of luxury residential construction, design coordination, and high-end finishes.
• Experience with construction budgeting, cost tracking, and contract administration.
• Strong client communication, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving.
