BCB Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator in Florida to develop accurate budgets for luxury projects from early drawings to final documents. The role requires coordinating with clients, architects and subcontractors to ensure precise estimates.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction estimating, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to staying updated on codes and industry trends. On-site site visits and timely bids are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience estimating new construction and renovation projects.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience collaborating with clients, architects, engineers and PMs.
• Knowledge of industry trends, building codes and estimation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate budgets for luxury construction projects from preliminary drawings through documents.
• Support Business Development by delivering timely project budgets.
• Clarify project details with clients and partners; price with subcontractors.
• Prepare sub contractor scopes and agreements; conduct site visits for conditions.
• Organize pre-construction meetings and monitor bid schedules.
