Job summary

Kimmel & Associates is seeking a Construction Estimator in Naples, FL to develop budgets from preliminary drawings through final documents. You will partner with clients, architects, engineers, PMs, subcontractors, and trade partners throughout pre-construction to drive cost certainty for luxury projects.

The role requires 8+ years in construction estimating, strong Excel skills, and experience with takeoff software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably luxury residential.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and scopes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and timely budgets for luxury new construction and renovation projects.
• Support Pre-Construction and Sales by providing detailed estimates and pricing.
• Review drawings with clients, architects, engineers, and PMs.
• Prepare subcontractor scopes and distribute bid packages.
• Analyze subcontractor pricing and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and bid processes.
