Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience required, preferably in residential construction.
• Experience bidding on projects valued at $2M+.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare cost estimates.
• Create job-specific subcontractor and vendor lists for pricing.
• Combine costs to calculate final bid prices for customers.
• Communicate thoroughly with customers regarding questions and clarifications.
• Review vendor quotes to determine the best options.
