Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort in Central Florida is seeking a Conference Services Manager. You will coordinate conference requirements, ensure agreement terms are followed, and guide planners through the planning process to ensure client satisfaction.

The role demands a detail-oriented leader who can balance client needs with hotel operations, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel/conference services experience.
• Fluency in English and legal right to work in the United States.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with Delphi, Opera, CVENT/Prismm, HotSOS, Workday, and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requirements for conference groups booked by Sales.
• Enforce terms of sales letters of agreement and guide planners through planning.
• Ensure client and venue satisfaction across departments.
• Maximize revenues by proper use of function space and up-selling.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments and clients.
