Job summary

Four Seasons Palm Beach is seeking a Catering & Conference Services Manager to generate and service catering and group business with flawless execution of meetings and events. You will manage client relationships from prospecting through post-event follow-up within the Commercial team.

The role emphasizes sales, upselling, coordination with culinary and hotel teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field would be preferred.
• 2–4 years in conference services, catering, event management, or related Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and develop new catering and group business opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
• Respond to client inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and servicing objectives.
• Manage all aspects of event planning and coordination from contract through execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
