Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach full-time and part-time concierge staff.
• Oversee scheduling, timecards, and payroll accuracy.
• Build relationships with local hotels, attractions, and tenants.
• Collaborate with Events/Marketing to drive community engagement.
• Provide guests with personalized recommendations and local insights.
• Represent the Concierge program in cross-department collaborations.
