Job summary

Henderson Scott US is seeking a Senior Project Manager for luxury ground‑up condominium development in Manhattan. You will oversee the project from conception to completion, coordinating with the Executive VP of Construction, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, meticulous quality orientation and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex regulations and fast-paced workloads on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven PM experience in residential condo development.
• Experience as Developer's Owner's representative preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Proficient with construction PM software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to translate objectives into design products.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions.
• Communicate updates to senior management and partners for transparency.
• Oversee contracting, procurement and budget control to ensure on-time delivery.
