Job summary

Henderson-Scott is seeking a Development & Construction Manager to assist the Senior Project Manager from preconstruction through completion on prestigious residential condominium projects. You will oversee coordination with design teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment on site.

Ideal candidates are organized, with strong problem-solving skills and experience in luxury condo developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or related field.
• 2+ years as a Construction Manager in residential condo development.
• Familiarity with Procore, PlanGrid or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager across all project phases: preconstruction, construction, closeout.
• Maintain construction documents, logs, reports, and city/code records.
• Coordinate RFIs, change orders, submittals, and bid documents.
