Job summary

Timeline Design+Build is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead our field teams on high-end residential projects, ensuring on-time completion, budget adherence, safety, and craftsmanship.

You will supervise Superintendents and field staff, coordinate schedules, subcontractors, labor, materials, and client communications, and contribute to preconstruction by reviewing plans for buildability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-time experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role in high-end residential construction.
• Strong background in residential framing and structural construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, and estimates.
• Experience managing multiple complex residential projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with construction management software; Buildertrend experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple high-end residential projects.
• Lead, coach, and hold Superintendents and field staff accountable for project execution, quality, schedule, safety, and performance.
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and critical path activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and labor to support project schedules.
• Review plans for buildability and field readiness during preconstruction.
