Job summary

Ten Thousand is seeking a concierge/butler to manage day-to-day operations of a luxury residential tower in Los Angeles. You will assist residents with deliveries, bell services, and storage movements while maintaining lobby cleanliness and pantry stock.

Responsibilities

• Handles all service deliveries to residents (food, dry cleaning, grocery, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon).
• Assists residents with bell services at front drive including suitcase handling.
• Helps residents move items to and from personal storage unit.
• Stocks, cleans and maintains coffee machine in lobby.
• Assists residents with their needs and demands.
• Maintains knowledge of the building, departments, services, amenities and functions.
• Ensures residents are familiar with all facilities and services.
• Is a continual source of help, assistance and information to residents.
• Maintains high level of communication within the department.
• Identifies and anticipates resident needs.
• Proactively operates across all areas of the building.
• Responsible for cleanliness of the Butler Pantry on allocated floors and stocking.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
