Optimus Property Management, Inc. in Westwood, CA is seeking a dynamic Resident Liaison for a luxury residential property. You will be the face of the building, greeting residents and prospective tenants with warmth while delivering exceptional service and support.

The role partners with the Property Manager to oversee daily operations, tenant communications, leasing tours, and administrative tasks, upholding the building’s premium standards and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential property management, leasing, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and prospective tenants warmly and professionally.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
• Manage front desk operations and lobby presentation to be welcoming.
• Coordinate resident move-ins, move-outs, deliveries, and guest access.
• Assist in scheduling and conducting property tours for prospective tenants.
• Provide leasing information, answer questions about unit availability, pricing, and amenities.
• Support leasing process, including preparing leasing documents and collecting materials.
• Help manage online listings and keep digital marketing platforms up-to-date.
