Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting seeks a professional Butler to anticipate and fulfill residents’ personal needs, creating a luxury five-star environment. You will serve as liaison between owners and the association, manage domestic requests, arrange reservations, stock groceries, and ensure flawless guest experiences.

Required: Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management and a minimum of 3 years’ Butler or Assistant Butler experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Butler or Assistant Butler.
• Proficient with office software and able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between owner/residents and all association aspects.
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor and superior customer service.
• Attend to personal and domestic needs including escorting and handling belongings as needed.
• Prepare units for arrivals, stock groceries, and conduct Unit Wellness Checks when approved.
• Make reservations for dining, events, and other activities; confirm as requested.
• Arrange special requests such as travel, transportation, hotels, tickets, flowers, and other services.
• Resolve concerns promptly and report unresolved issues to management.
