In-N-Out Burger is seeking a Concierge Event Planner in Franklin, TN to coordinate Personal, Corporate, and Philanthropic travel for the Owner and Family. You will research destinations, craft trip itineraries, and manage high-touch, white-glove service for VIPs, both on-site and off-site.

The role demands 5+ years in luxury event planning or executive support, superb communication, problem-solving, and the ability to travel 30-40% annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Luxury Event Planning or Executive support for VIPs
• Experience managing executive-level or VIP events
• Polished verbal and written communication with strong problem solving
• Positive attitude and strong follow-through
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 30-40% of year

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge, white glove level service in planning and on-site/off-site execution
• Research and coordinate travel arrangements including air, car rentals, and accommodations
• Analyze vendor services and provide recommendations
• Problem solve and make decisions with guidance from Concierge Manager
• Plan 50+ events per year with Concierge events team
• Collaborate with Events Teams and cross-functional teams for high-quality events
• Provide on-site event support on weekdays and weekends
• Create itineraries, travel documents, and operations plans
• Handle and manage multiple expense reports
• Administrative tracking: logistics, flight logs, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation
