Job summary

The Islands of Islamorada Resort in the Florida Keys seeks a guest services concierge to join our team of hospitality professionals. You will act as the primary liaison for guests, promptly answering inquiries, directing calls, coordinating travel plans, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for.

As a leader in Guest Services, you will train staff in elevated concierge services, curate guest experiences with local recommendations, manage reservations and communications, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct guest service experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
• High School diploma/GED is required.
• Proficient with computers and learning technical systems.
• Strong understanding of lodging operations; reservations and guest service etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact between guests and the organization by promptly answering inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating travel plans, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for.
• Manage concierge email inbox and reservations, offer local recommendations and arrange transportation for activities.
• Lead and train Guest Services team in elevated concierge services and share best practices.
• Create and update informational resources for guest options, activities, dining, and local services.
• Provide professional guidance to elevate guest interactions and maintain high standards of decorum.
