Qualifications

• Previous concierge/guest relations/front office experience preferred; luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local dining, entertainment, transportation, and culture.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Learn guest preferences and anticipate opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Respond to requests in person, by phone, and via hotel channels.
• Follow through on arrangements, confirm details, and communicate updates promptly.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment, involving leadership when appropriate.
• Recognize returning guests and special occasions, coordinating thoughtful touches with departments.
• Provide informed recommendations for restaurants, attractions, shopping, and local experiences.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, tours, tickets, and other services.
• Develop customized itineraries reflecting guest interests and accessibility needs.
• Explain pricing, terms, and availability before confirming arrangements.
• Coordinate special requests with hotel departments and approved providers.
• Offer suitable alternatives when reservations or experiences are unavailable.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, hours, promotions, and events.
• Build relationships with restaurants and local venues.
• Evaluate recommendations for quality and reliability.
• Follow standards on preferred vendors, gifts, and conflicts of interest.
• Keep concierge resources and destination information accurate.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service.
• Document guest requests and follow-up needs in hotel systems.
• Provide thorough shift handovers and time-sensitive updates.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, deliveries, and special occasions.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and discretion.
• Maintain a polished, organized concierge desk and work area.
• Follow procedures for reservations, payments, and recordkeeping.
• Handle guest items according to procedures.
• Report safety concerns and service issues promptly.
• Maintain professional grooming and conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
