Job summary

HILLS is seeking a full-time Property Manager for the luxury Island Club community in Maineville, Ohio. You will lead the on-site team, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure a superior resident experience.

You’ll oversee marketing, maintenance scheduling, renewals, and rent collection while upholding Hills’ values and standards. This role requires 2+ years in property management and supervisory experience, with CAM preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years property management background with supervisory experience.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Able to handle emergency and high-pressure situations.
• New construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team and champion resident experience.
• Maintain occupancy and rent levels per owner guidelines.
• Oversee marketing and outreach to achieve goals for the property.
• Assist Regional Manager with annual budget and operate within guidelines.
• Schedule contractors for turnovers and verify work prior to payment.
• Enforce rental collection per policy; attend evictions as needed.
• Direct activities of on-site personnel and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maximize renewals rate and track income/delinquency.
• Embrace Hills mission, values and foster relationships with residents and vendors.
• Ensure compliance and contribute to financial performance and local market insights.
