HILLS Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Waterford Place in Loveland, Ohio. Lead a maintenance team, ensure high standards, and manage vendor relationships to support a luxury community and its residents.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of residential property management maintenance supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Attention to detail across the entire community.
• Hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and small appliance repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• On-call hours required.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and oversee daily operations.
• Elevate and maintain the community/asset quality.
• Coordinate timely maintenance and turnover needs per standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement.
• Train and develop maintenance associates.
