Guardian Security Services in the Washington, DC area is seeking an experienced Concierge for luxury communities. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding member service, manage front desk operations, and build strong relationships with residents.

The role requires high energy, professionalism, problem-solving, and the ability to multi-task. Pay is $20.00 per hour with a Sunday–Thursday 3:00pm–11:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior residential concierge experience.
• Worked with 250+ units (desirable).
• Experience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata, et al. preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy to submit reports, maintain logs, produce signage, etc.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well with people.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and maintain strong relationships with residents.
• Manage front desk operations with energy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and residents.
