Guardian Service Industries is seeking an experienced Concierge for luxury communities in the Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent member service, be outgoing, high-energy, and professional, and manage front desk operations efficiently.

Pay is $20.00-$21.00 per hour, with a Friday–Monday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Required: high school diploma, residential concierge experience, familiarity with property software, strong communication and problem-solving skills,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior residential concierge experience.
• Experience with 250+ units (desirable).
• Experience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata, et.al. preferred
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent member service at the front desk and maintain professional relationships.
• Assist residents and staff with inquiries and problem solving with high energy and professionalism.
