Cypress Homes, Inc. -- Appleton, WI is seeking a Luxury Community Concierge / Property Services Manager to serve as the trusted contact across several Cypress-developed luxury communities. You will coordinate homeowner services, warranty needs, and on-site tasks with a hands-on approach.

This role blends concierge service with field repairs, travel between communities is required, and you will work closely with project managers to keep neighborhoods polished and responsive to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Polished, personable, and comfortable providing service in luxury residential environments.
• Strong sense of ownership and a commitment to seeing requests through to completion.
• Calm, solutions-oriented approach when addressing homeowner concerns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to build trust while setting clear timelines.
• Highly organized and capable of coordinating multiple properties and requests.
• Willing to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing minor repairs.
• Able to learn construction management and property-service software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• One to three years of experience in luxury property management or related field.
• Professionalism and strong customer service mentality are essential.
• Hands-on repair and property maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for homeowners across Cypress-developed communities.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and provide a personalized, service-first experience.
• Monitor the warranty and service inbox and respond promptly to questions, concerns, and requests.
• Keep homeowners informed through consistent updates from the initial request through final resolution.
• Educate homeowners on applicable warranty policies, procedures, and next steps.
• Help turn homeowner concerns into positive experiences through calm communication and dependable follow-through.
• Visit homes and communities to assess concerns and determine appropriate action.
• Review homeowner concerns and scopes of work with the Director of Construction and Project Managers.
• Travel between Cypress-developed communities to address needs.
• Perform light cleanup, staging and maintaining model homes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field staff, and homeowners to resolve items efficiently.
• Maintain warranty claims and progress updates in project management software.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, plaster repairs as needed.
• Obtain estimates and approvals and help with warranties financial matters.
• Become a subject-matter expert on Cypress Homes warranty policies.
