Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and codes.
• Proficiency with project management software and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop project and warranty teams.
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, schedule, and client satisfaction targets.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources; implement cost-control measures.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to align client vision with execution.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination between construction, design, sales, and operations.
