Job summary

Fairmont New Orleans is seeking a Third Measure Server to deliver sophisticated, personalized food and beverage service in our intimate cocktail destination. Ideal candidates are polished, knowledgeable, and capable of thriving in an elevated late-night environment.

You will demonstrate extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and culinary offerings while creating memorable experiences through genuine hospitality and thoughtful recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverages.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and meet Louisiana alcohol service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, polished service to guests.
• Know Third Measure offerings and make recommendations.
• Take and process orders accurately; note allergies.
• Coordinate with bartenders, barbacks, runners, hosts and management.
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
