FAIRMONT New Orleans is seeking a Third Measure Server to deliver sophisticated, attentive beverage service in our intimate cocktail destination. You will showcase knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and culinary offerings while creating memorable guest experiences through hospitality and thoughtful recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or fine-dining service.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service.
• Eligible to work in the United States and Louisiana alcohol service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, polished, professional beverage service.
• Welcome guests and connect with them through the Third Measure experience.
• Maintain knowledge of drinks, ingredients, and pairings.
• Take orders accurately and communicate special requests.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with presentation and temperature in mind.
• Coordinate with bartenders, runners, hosts and management.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards and brand atmosphere.
