Qualifications

• Professional demeanor with a strong focus on hospitality and guest experience.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain broad knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings.
• Provide attentive, personalized service guiding the dining experience from start to finish.
• Follow service standards, policies, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe, elevated environment.
• Complete opening and ongoing side work; keep stations stocked and organized.
• Handle products, equipment, and tools to maintain quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team and management to support smooth service flow and address issues.
• Communicate guest feedback or operational needs to leadership in a timely manner.
