Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Part-Time Retail Assistant to join the Retail Department just outside Nashville, TN. You will manage shop operations and deliver exceptional service to members and their guests, contributing to the unique Discovery Land Company experience.

This role starts at $18.00 per hour and requires flexibility to support openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a luxury private-club environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail operations and customer service experience.
• Experience with luxury service environment preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Provide exceptional service to members, guests, and team members.
• Greet guests and members and anticipate needs to enhance their experience.
