Troubadour Golf & Field Club, located just outside Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Server to join the Food & Beverage Service Department. This full-time hourly role requires delivering exceptional member and guest service, deep menu knowledge, and a focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced club setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending menu items, mastering beverage pairings, processing POS transactions, and maintaining cleanliness.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a full-service environment.
• Knowledge of ServSafe, HACCP, and local food safety standards; ability to obtain State Food Safety Certificate.
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and service quality.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests and teammates.
• Greet guests politely, anticipate needs, and respond promptly.
• Know menu, ingredients, and specials; make recommendations.
• Enter transactions in POS and handle accurate checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; adhere to food safety standards.
• Ensure opening/closing duties and inventory as needed.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to Restaurant Manager.
