Fairmont New Orleans is seeking a Club Concierge to deliver elevated, personalized experiences for our Club guests. You will anticipate needs, manage front-desk tasks, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service and VIP experiences.

Applicants should have luxury hospitality experience, excellent communication, discretion, and a passion for creating memorable guest moments in a renowned hotel setting.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury hotels or similar high-end guest service environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized service with discretion.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and guest records management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide warm, personalized welcome and departure experiences for Club guests.
• Manage efficient check-in/check-out following service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of guest preferences and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill special requests and VIP arrangements.
• Offer dining, spa, entertainment, and local experience recommendations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with discretion and empathy.
