LVH is the premier home chartering service for the world’s elite. We seek a Client Relations Coordinator to support management, qualify leads, and maintain CRM data.

You will liaise with luxury clients across channels, prepare proposals, and assist in the deal-closing process with accuracy and teamwork.

Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in hotel/travel concierge or executive support; fluent English; CRM and Google Suite proficiency; flexible schedule.

Formación

• 3+ years of focus experience with hotel, travel, concierge & executive support.
• Experience with luxury or high-net-worth clients is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is a minimum educational requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage initial communication with clients across email, calls, chat, etc.
• Build and maintain client profiles within the CRM system.
• Qualify inbound leads through assessment of background and requirements.
• Assign high-value leads to Client Relations Directors.
• Support the team throughout all stages of the deal-closing process.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper tracking in the CRM system.
• Prepare PAC templates based on client requirements.
• Reach out to property owners and managers to confirm availability and terms.
• Assist in creating and submitting proposals for review.
