About the Opportunity

We are seeking polished, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Luxury Client Experience Specialist. In this role, you will help clients plan elevated vacation experiences by researching premium options, coordinating personalized services, and ensuring important details are handled with care throughout the process.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy delivering exceptional service, building client relationships, researching quality experiences, and managing multiple details with professionalism. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, style preferences, priorities, and special requests.
• Research upscale resorts, luxury hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other premium vacation options using approved resources.
• Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and maintain organized confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Provide attentive client support by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes or special requests.
• Review arrangements for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain detailed client records, and continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge.
