Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships by learning about preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, priorities, and special requests.
• Research and evaluate premium resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, activities, and customized vacation options using approved resources.
• Coordinate selected services while keeping reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized and current.
• Deliver consistent, high-level support by providing updates, responding to planning questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with routine adjustments.
• Monitor important deadlines, review arrangements for accuracy, maintain detailed client records, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.

About the Role

We are seeking highly organized, service-driven individuals to join our remote team as Exclusive Client Experience Manager. This role is centered on creating a polished, personalized experience for clients who expect attentive communication, thoughtful coordination, and reliable support throughout the planning process.

You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences, research suitable options, organize selected arrangements, and ensure important details are handled accurately. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities
