Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Assist guests with scheduling, service questions, pricing, promotions, and memberships.
• Learn and confidently explain spa, salon, MedSpa, and weight loss services.
• Promote memberships, packages, retail products, and current specials.
• Support sales goals and guest rebooking to maximize bookings.
