Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management and Client Services within luxury hospitality, weddings/events, branding, or creative agencies.
• Ability to translate client goals into clear creative direction for design teams.
• Strong emphasis on proactive, relationship-driven service and flawless execution.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients from inquiry through project completion.
• Lead client meetings and creative conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Translate client goals into clear creative direction for the design team.
• Guide clients through the creative process while setting expectations and maintaining excitement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with designers, production partners, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and services.
