Job summary

MCI Group USA is seeking a Senior Account Executive in New York City to lead hospitality-rich experiential campaigns for luxury brands. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to conceive and deliver premium activations, manage client communications, and support event logistics from planning to post-event debriefs.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in events, strong deck skills (Canva/Slides/PowerPoint), and a passion for luxury lifestyle sectors.

Qualifications

This role requires 4+ years of relevant experience in experiential marketing or events.
Strong presentation and deck creation skills with Canva/Slides/PowerPoint.
Hospitality mindset and experience with luxury lifestyle events.
Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing capabilities.
Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute high-end experiential activations across sports, entertainment, fashion, art, and wellness.
Develop client pitches and creative presentations with senior management.
Provide support to the experiential account team: research, agendas, notes, data collection.
Manage event collateral, tickets, transportation, and production reports.
Coordinate with hotels, vendors, venues, and staff for seamless events.
Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and payments; participate in client meetings.
On-site event management, ensuring impeccable service and brand compliance.
