Qualifications

• Basic Finance skills, including processing payments, discussing membership or package options, and handling billing inquiries accurately.
• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, medical aesthetics, or wellness environments is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with appointment scheduling software and general computer skills (email, CRM or EMR systems, office applications).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and a welcoming demeanor aligned with a luxury service environment.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Jacksonville, FL; availability for occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.

Responsibilities
