Job summary

TAG Heuer, part of LVMH Group, seeks a client-focused Sales Specialist in Costa Mesa. You will drive boutique sales, deliver memorable experiences, and contribute to events while leveraging omnichannel touchpoints to optimize client journeys.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury retail, fluent English with local language, and strong selling, storytelling, and digital tool capabilities. Loyalty to brand DNA and high presentation standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of luxury retail environment (2+ years)
• Fluent in English plus local language, third language a plus
• Selling skills: discovery, presentation, upselling, closing
• Understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling KPIs
• Knowledge of digital tools and brand DNA/history/collections
• Knowledge of Front and Back tools and Retail Procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintain high clienteling standards and achieve individual objectives
• Leverage brand story and product knowledge to build trust
• Coordinate store operations under boutique management
• Utilize CEGID and Salesforce for client data and transactions
• Contribute to merchandising, events, and aftersales activities
