Responsibilities

• Drive individual and boutique sales to meet targets using discovery, storytelling, upselling, and closing techniques.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via outreach, appointments, and personalized clienteling.
• Execute omnichannel selling strategies and ensure accurate client data collection and follow-up.
• Support daily boutique operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening/closing procedures, and aftersales coordination.
• Use retail systems (CEGID, Salesforce) and perform visual merchandising, window animation, and product presentation.
• Contribute to store maintenance, compliance with retail procedures, and a positive team environment.
